  4. What types of pets can I create profiles for?

    Ridlin supports all types of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, and more. Our inclusive community welcomes pet lovers of all kinds.

  5. Can I create multiple accounts on Ridlin?

    No. Ridlin allows one account per user to maintain authenticity and prevent spam or misuse.

  6. What content can I post on Ridlin?

    You can post pet videos and advice on Ridlin moments, while post stories and wellness updates on the blog section. Content should be respectful, pet-focused, and compliant with our Community Guidelines.

  7. What are Ridlin's subscription plans?

    Ridlin offers three tiers:

    • Basic (Free) – Core social networking features
    • Standard (Paid) – Advanced matchmaking and profile features
    • Premium (Paid) – Full access including premium content, and exclusive pet events

    Subscriptions are available in 1, 3, or 6-month terms and auto-renew unless canceled 3 days before the billing cycle.

  8. What IoT devices does Ridlin offer?

    Ridlin provides three smart devices:

    • GPS Tracker – Real-time location updates
    • GPS + Activity Monitor – Adds fitness tracking and rest insights
    • GPS + Activity + Camera + Mic – Enables live video/audio streaming and two-way interaction

    Note: These devices are currently designed for dogs and cats only.

  9. Are IoT devices available now?

    We are currently in the pre-booking phase. You can pre-book your device now to reserve a unit and be among the first to access it upon launch.

  10. What can Ridlin AI Consultant help with?

    Ridlin AI Consultant offers intelligent, personalized support for all types of pets for their wellness and training needs. It provides:

    • Custom diet plans based on your pet's breed, weight, age, and lifestyle
    • Tailored training programs aligned with your pet's behavior goals
    • Health check prompts and symptom monitoring suggestions
    • Body Condition Score (BCS) analysis using pet's weight and size

    Note: This service is designed to support pet care but should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.

  11. Can I manage multiple pets in one account?

    Yes. You can create and manage multiple pet profiles under a single user account, and assign IoT devices to individual pets.

  12. What health insights can I get from Ridlin devices?

    Ridlin IoT devices provide:

    • GPS-based location and geofencing
    • Activity data (steps, rest, sleep score, calories burned)
    • Health indicators like posture, stress levels, respiration, and pain markers

    All metrics are visible in your in-app dashboard.

  13. Is my data secure on Ridlin?

    Yes. Ridlin uses industry-standard encryption, cloud security, and strict privacy policies to protect your data. Your information is never sold or shared without permission.

  14. Is there an age requirement to use Ridlin?

    Yes. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Ridlin account in compliance with global digital safety regulations.

  15. Can I delete my Ridlin account?

    Yes. Go to Settings > Delete Account to permanently remove your data. If you rejoin later, you'll need to register a new account.

  16. How do I report inappropriate behavior or content?

    Tap the "Report" button on any post or profile. Our moderation team will investigate promptly and take appropriate action.

  17. Can I share Ridlin with friends and family?

    Absolutely! Ridlin thrives on community. Invite friends, family, and fellow pet lovers to download the app and grow the pet ecosystem with you.

  18. Can I promote my pet business on Ridlin?

    Ridlin is primarily a personal pet network. For pet-related partnerships or promotions, contact us directly at support@ridlin.com.

  19. How do I manage my subscription or get help?

    You can cancel subscriptions or manage settings in-app under Settings > Subscription. For help:
